Hope
Second Chance's Hope |
|
Biography |
Hope was surrendered to Second Chance after SC Field Officer had been working with and educating her owners with her requirements to be brought back to full health. After much discussion, her owners recognised that they were not in the financial position to provide everything Hope needed and they asked Second Chance if we would take her on for rehabilitation. Hope arrived with a body score of 0.5, a belly full of sand, bad teeth and evidence of the early signs of circulatory failure. Her initial Veterinary examination revealed that Hope had good vital signs and a strong heart, and was expected to make a full recovery. |
